Really good tempo. First mile was a little slow but it was a building tempo and that's exactly what we did. Heinz fell off around 18 minutes in. Spitz almost broke me by the bridge (mental blip), but then I reattached and surged a little. Was feeling good so I just continued to pick up. Turned the corner and barreled straight into the wind for the last 2-3 minutes. Very pleased with this tempo.
