Coach moved me back to threshold pace. This workout went well. Gut was bouncing around and I was super gassy, but I felt smooth so I finished the workout. Me and Mitch were like clockwork. Each lap was pretty even, and each rep was within 4 seconds of each other. First max rep workout of the year. One thing I tried to focus on was facial expression. I kept my face relaxed for the duration of the workout. I didn't feel I was working hard to hit the paces, I just wanted to be smooth which made the workout much easier to finish.
