Logging this as a tempo because the bulk of the volume came from the 20 minutes of thresh. 5-0s never felt so good.
Workout was 6 hills, 20 minute thresh, 800, 3x400.
For the last three years we have low key been stuck in a rut of ks and tempos. And I'm not really exaggerating when I say that we rarely deviate from those two workouts, besides tapers. Nice to change things up for once. Looking forward to more of these kinds of workouts in the future.
