Notes
Had a couple quicker miles in this one, but didn't push it too hard. Just wanted to get a solid long run in. Long runs will start getting longer from here on out. Hips, it band, and hamstrings are a little tight. Pry going to need some rolling out today possibly a buddy rollout session needed too.
Got an email from the Physical Plant (I think that's what it's called), they found my wallet been missing that puppy for almost a month now. Good to get it back. Maybe should have remembered what i had in it before I told Chap to grab it for me tho.....
