Easy long run on a beautiful day with two beautiful ladies. Went the first 3 with Tammy and then Lindsey and I continued on and she went 9 or 10 total. A bit windy, but the sun was shining and it was mostly at our back in the second half of the run. Felt good for an old guy running with a 17 year old.
