More like a progression run. Wanted to get to about 9 m/m pace (my anticipated race pace) to see how I felt for an overall pace at Cleveland. I may be able to sustain that pace as I went from 10:05 first mile to 8:52 on my last on this run with each mile having gotten progressively faster. I will know better after this Sunday's long run what will be a realistic goal for Cleveland.
