Notes
Ran at the track at the school clockwise. Still had the pain in my right lower leg, but not as severe and it subsided at about 1.25 miles on to just discomfort. I went faster than I had planned on, but it felt like an easy pace. I don't know what else to say. I came home and stretched and now have an ice bag Saran-wrapped to my leg. I guess time will tell as I test it more.

Looks like I was settling into a 9:00 pace, which felt just fine and I didn't feel like I was labored at all, either physically or aerobically.
