Ran Temperance Road to Secor out and back. Legs felt ok. Right medial shin down to ankle is bothering me a bit. Nothing terrible, just a mild pain that I've had for about a week now. I'm sure the race Sunday aggravated it. Mile splits:

2: 9:39
3: 9:42
4: 9:29
5: 9:28
6: 9:17
7: 9:07
A little less consistent than I would like to see, but I'm sure the snowy conditions had something to do with that.
