Craptacular run! Wind. Gah!! Just checked the airports current conditions and it said winds were out of the southwest at 22 mph gusting to 35 mph. Much like Saturdays race conditions. Anyway, you can really tell it in my splits. Going into the wind I had to walk two times and I checked my heart rate and it was up around 150 at what would normally be an easy run pace for me. I just felt like junk all around. Here's the splits:
