Ok run. Started getting a cramp in my right hamstring around mile 2. Couldn't be because all I had to drink today was 3 cups of coffee and no water, could it? Plus I was rushed getting home from work and out the door to get my run in before dark so, I didn't exactly warm up or stretch good. I'm glad the days are getting longer. :-)

Not a good job pacing at all.
