Notes
Winding down. Run was good, went faster than I wanted to or should have. Leg bothered me, but not too badly. The pain will definitely be a presence during the race and will hopefully let up into it. My muscles feel tight and sluggish, but I think this is natural for the taper period, though my has been elongated somewhat. I need to take the early part of the race nice and easy as a warm up and then settle in to a comfortable pace. It seems my effort was a little harder this run than the past couple and my average heart rate was lower so, this is good.
