I decided to ride from Boonville to Columbia with the Ped Jamboree folks. James drove me and my bike to Boonville where we tried to find Lisa W, but she was no where to be found, so James headed back to Columbia in my truck and I headed back to Columbia on my bike. I kept a solid 15mph pace all the way back to Rocheport. I was at least 20 minutes behind Lisa at this point so I kept pushing. As I approached Hindman Junction, I saw Lisa riding toward me. She had read the text I sent from New Franklin and was coming back to meet me. We road the rest of the way into Columbia at a more relaxed pace and then over to James apt to collection my truck. We set out in my truck to B&B for bagels with the Sunday RB group. All in all I was tired and my Achilles did not like hard riding at all.
