Notes
Definitely having some issues feeling weaker than normal. Probably the weight I gained and all the crap I eat and drink last week is having an impact. Could be a bit of fatigue and the fact that my carb % was only 36 yesterday. Somewhat concerned but nothing I can do other than try to behave over the next 1.5 weeks. I ask God for His forgivness, and know that I can't live apart from Him.
