Notes
Perfect day for a run. Chilly morning but not too cold and no wind. The kind of morning I thank God to be alive and able to run. I made the 9 miles a bit faster than last time, but fatigue and calorie deficit still seem to be taking their toll. Hip/groin has some mild discomfort during the run but nothing major, and feels ok so far afterwards. Just going to keep at it and maybe try to roll a 10 miler next Sat or the following. I'll be in Houston though so I'll need to take that in to account.
