Treadmill program - Mixed Interval (max speed: 7.5 mph, max incline: 10 deg)

According to the machine, this made for 2.88 miles in 30 min, for an elevation gain of 1201 ft. Ended up as quite the workout. My calves hurt a bit.

I am pleased that the machine didn't crap out on me this time.
