longish progression run. slow to start, not feeling the best with chicken pie riding low in my belly. warmed up slowly, but i was surprised when the third set began to loosen up. decided to go for three loops instead of heading home. glad i did. 5:55's wasn't anywhere near as bad as some of the 7:15's earlier in the week. tiring at the end, so i'm pretty sure that 18+ would've been a bad idea... need to get in 2-3 good long runs now. 1-2 @ 18-20mi and at least one over 20. six weeks to go...
