Second Whirlaway workout of the year. Low turnout, lousy weather, good results. Running fast is easier when there are people crushing you up ahead, just out of reach...
~ 2mi warmup with Cooney. (14:00), just enough time to change shoes and do a few toe touches

Opted out of the last 800. Ran the second lap to help push our new resident speedster pat f. to a 2:11 final half.
