Home from our camping trip by 7:00, boys bathed, stories and off to bed by 7:30, car unpacked and most of our crap put away by 8:30... time for a run!
Slow start, but legs feel good. Need to start paying a little more attention to weight for the next couple of months... Efficiency is key.

Shorter hike this morning: Bemis Brook Trail, off the Arethusa Falls Trail in Crawford Notch. Great cascades and smaller falls, even a little creek stomping on a few sections in the icy brook! Just over a mile of hiking total. Carried Nicholas for the second half.
