"Crazy Eights" First two miles were fairly easy, third one got a little tougher (possibly just from boredom) and the fourth was challenging, but I certainly could've done another mile or two. Checked heart rate several times; high 160s to low 170s, so a little higher than I'd like for a tempo. Great treadmill workout. Will likely try a more varied incline workout next time I do hills on the machine, then come back and try for 5-6 miles at average incline & pace @ 8's.
