Roughly...
2.1mi (17:00) easy on the course with the team, great packing it up with the other Whirlaway youngsters.
0.9mi (5:00) of 2 x 0.2mi uptempo w/0.2mi between (Fast and smooth on both of these. Good confidence boost to feel so go and then look down to see 4:45 pace at the end.)
Strides and stretching before a last minute team photo. Maybe, Dave K. plans this chaos on purpose, just to distract us from pre-race jitters in the final minutes before the gun goes off.
4.2mi (34:00) easy cool down out and back on D.W. Hwy. Slow, but nice and relaxed.
