FECKIN hot. I'm just not used to this heat so early in the summer. Actually felt a little dizzy towards the end of the run.
Great group run. Met a new guy in my neighborhood, and got to run with Steve Plouffe and Kevin Alliette for the first time in a while.
Nice steady pace throughout. Would've been relaxing if not for the heat wave. Looks like at least a week of this ahead... need to stock up on ice!
