solid long run with mark and mike c. Nicole dropped me off at the Comverse parking lot after our hike in the Fells with the boys. Weather was decent for most of the run, started to rain towards the end... Felt strong throughout. Averaged 7:40's for the first half and 6:50's for the second half.
TWENTY FIVE HUNDRED MILES!!!
postscript: as far as post-run celebration beverages go, eggnog was a bad choice...
