HR data was actually pretty close. Wore the NordicTrack chest-strap and it appeared to be giving roughly the same numbers. Last mile or so was pretty tough... form seemed okay, just struggling overall. Haven't really pushed myself to this level for a while. Need to be able to run a little over a minute slower per mile... with just about 2% higher incline... for twice as long. Why not?!
