garmin wasn't exactly accurate this time indoors on the treadmill... really only wanted the HR data.
tight for time, so...
1.5k w/u (7:00)
10k hill tempo @ 10% with progression in pace (58:00)
started at 9:41 (6.2mph=10kph) and dropped 0.1mph every 2km, then a little more over the final 1km
i guess the HR avg. was around 151 for the hill tempo, felt pretty easy. much more comfortable than the previous w/o. watched several different john oliver videos.
3250' elevation gain today (poop... just shy of 1K)
