mostly steady run, focus on running strong up the hills of this loop. added a full prospect loop late in the run. did not look at watch so that i wouldn't slow down or speed up if the pace was "off", still managed a sub-6:00 without only 80-85% effort up and down the hill. 5:30, or better, may be possible...

had a fan on the backside of the hill loop... saw some weirdo dressed in full "gangsta gear" walking down the hill with his arms stretched out and up like he'd won the world heavyweight boxing title... supah-stah. he gave me a hearty clap for 20-30 seconds as i ran by...
