3 x 2.5mi hill progression (continuous) @ 2-4-6-8-10% on the half miles.
Tried to maintain 7:30 pace throughout. Sped up a little (7:15ish) on the lower inclines and slowed down a little (7:45ish) for the higher inclines of the last two sets. Half mile "cool down" at 2%.
