barefoot beach run. after a week off, everything felt great. toes did get a little raw from the sand... nothing too bad.
third day of the family vacation. drove up to ogunquit for the day. built an awesome sandcastle with the boys. stopped for burgers at wild willy's on the way back to york... even awesomer!
