Mr. Magoo's Leftovers - aka the Portsea Fartlek
good stuff. been too long... rather a "lite" version of the original, but more effort than i've applied in a while.
felt decent all things considered. tried to go by feel and only look at the watch for start/stop of the intervals.
goals (looking back, now, at where i should've targeted this w/o!) based on current 60-61 vdot
7:30-8:30 for the recoveries
5:50-6:20 for the 4min threshold
5:20-5:40 for the 2min intervals
4:40-5:00 for the 30sec reps
