no "run" today... great practice with the xc team though! halloween "candy" relays were a big hit. good competition and lots of fun. chris and i filled in for the two man "joker" team. had to run one quarter mile hard. that was harder than it should've been! those boys with a bag of candy around are like feral cats with scraps of meat...
fun trick or treating with the boys! sushi and mai tai's with the in-laws after the kids went to bed.
