Same workout done in 32:44 back in 2008 when i ran 1:06:36. Might be in better racing shape right now (workouts were not the best after Boston '08) but i definitely had more mileage in my legs back then (1400mi YTD vs. 1100mi). ??? This certainly gives me a little fire for next week's race. I might put myself out in position to run 31:00/32:00 for the first half and set myself up for a possible 1:06/1:07 finish. I would definitely be happy with anything sub-1:10, but I would love to take a chance at running a PR... will wait and see how I respond to the workout and the next week of training. Planning a steady 14mi on Sunday.
