Short run after a long day out with the boys. Hiked four mikes in the blue hills with Wagner and Lindsay, and Garen, then an early dinner at the British Beer Company in Walpole.
Heavy and sluggish from the hike (carrying Andrew...) and dinner. 11:59/10/58
