Great run on the trails. Went exploring just a little... Checked out a new section of the re-routed Reservoir Trail with my usual loop. Good strong pace, almost a fartlek workout, but not really all that aggressive. Cool and foggy out. Wonderful use of my free ā€¯afternoon" (1.5 hours of freedom!). Feeling better than yesterday. Just a little banged up from Sunday's run. Easy again tomorrow, then hopefully ready for some reps on Thursday.
