3mi of hills: 7:33 - 7:16 - 6:46 (6 x qtr mile (up/down = 1/2-mile) hill reps)
3mi c/d: 22:46
smart move to stop after six hill reps... right hamstring beginning to feel tight on the c/d run home. that fianl 7:25 required significant effort. good workout.
