longish warmup (31:52) with mike g. and joe. 4 x 400m (73.0, 75.1, 74.1, 73.2) w/400m jog (avg. 2:00), light cooldown for another mile (8:00).
foot was good to go this afternoon. felt a little sore after the run, mostly cause my calves were extremely tight following the 400m reps.
iced it once i got home from grumpy's. no worse for the wear the following morning.
