pacing patrick on his last long run / workout before baystate. he warmed up 8 miles (i was fine with 2...) then planned to run 6:20-6:30. felt like we did a good job. a little stiff towards the end, but i was really having the hardest time not taking off after the dude pushing a double-stroller a quarter mile ahead of us... at this point, still not sure i could've run a whole lot faster...
