Notes

AM had to drop the car off before work. mechanic was near the train depot, so i figured it would be a good excuse to run home and tack on some time to get 3-4 miles. extremely painful 1-mile shuffle at 6:00... probably 10-12min/mi. would not consider this a "run" in any sense of the word... ended up late for work after the detour on a west street added another 10-minutes to my short commute.

PM no run... raked leaves with the kids, made dinner, mowed the lawn, put the kids to bed, graded papers, set-up entries for Wednesday's meet and rosters for State Meet... quarter til 10 and I felt like poo... had a beer and some icecream, watched "Blacklist" then off to bed a little after 11:00. NEED more sleep!
