5mi hill progression w/o (37:48) on the TM plus an extra 5mi outside (33:58) on the roads.

1mi (7:24) @ 5-6%

1mi (7:30) @ 7-8%

1mi (7:35) @ 9-10%

1mi (7:41) @ 11-12%

1/2mi (3:53) @ 13%

Then a nature break... and another 1/2mi easy (3:45) dropping the incline every 10th @ 11-9-7-5-3%

Nicole got back from her run outside just as I finished up on the treadmill. Took off for a few miles outside. Beautiful night out there... First shirtless day of the year

Kept the emphasis on a faster tempo with the incline getting tough at the end. Avg. 8.8% for approx. 2320'
