swell.
not too shabby for my final pre-marathon workout. easy jog with the guys, then 2 miles at MP effort, trading laps with hudson. first 200m was under around 5:15 pace... and it felt like 7:15. awesome. nice and steady for the rest of it. even splits to get 11:23 for the 3200m.
screwed up my watch a little (and it apparently sucks on the track, even after updating it).
feeling good. ready to go. no more issues with the vindaloo!
