Solid workout overall. Started out well enough. Steady through the first three loops (messed up my watch on the first one) but I could feel the not-so-distant rumblings of intestinal duress on hill loop four... Surprised that things did not digress on loop five. The evil came back with a vengeance near the end of number six and I was lucky to finish the workout at all. Some things just don't respond to patience and reason... Like an angry badger, clawing it's way out to fresh air... Somehow I made it another kilometer or so. Found a new trail (and some bushes in the dark) just beyond the I-95 overpass.
