Shedding the holiday excess with some good old fashioned hills. Ran out to the HS and did 9 or 10 hill loops, all but two of them with Mark. Nothing fast, just a little strength building. Messed up the Garmin somehow around mile 8... Lost a good chunk of time, roughly 20 minutes? Started at 6:58 and I'm pretty sure I ended after 8:20.
