whirlaway team workout... at andover high... flashbacks to 2006!
felt good to throw myself outside the comfort zone. really had to work on those intervals. would've been stuck in the middle of no-man's land, but fortunate enough to find a pace partner with the new guy, achraf. need to do this more often.
