LONG day out with the family. little hike around the rocks agassiz in essex(?), then a solid drive up the coast and down to the tip (sandy point beach) of plum island. not sure why i've waited this long to check out plum island... that was one of the coolest beaches i've ever seen! definitely going back. lobster roll afterwards, then easy jogging on a full stomach once we got back and put the kids to bed.
