my legs feel like poop... no sense of pace today, or at least my GPS seemed to tell me so. strides/recoveries/cooldown all seemed to be off and much harder than they should've been. really had to struggle to run 7:00 pace...

warmed up 2.8mi

10 x 15 seconds strides w/ 1:45 recovery jogs

cool down 2.1mi

(effort was much too high here for relatively slow paces... not recovered from sunday's race? from life in general???)

15 seconds is too short for the GPS to deal with for pace. You gotta just sort of go by feel on those.
