my legs feel like poop... no sense of pace today, or at least my GPS seemed to tell me so. strides/recoveries/cooldown all seemed to be off and much harder than they should've been. really had to struggle to run 7:00 pace...
warmed up 2.8mi
10 x 15 seconds strides w/ 1:45 recovery jogs
cool down 2.1mi
(effort was much too high here for relatively slow paces... not recovered from sunday's race? from life in general???)
