late getting onto the treadmill... finally took down the ornaments and lights from our second christmas tree...
initially planned to salvage the day with a 5k run... but, i felt good right when i jumped on, going 7:30's then 7:15's and finally just a tad under 7:00's. so i decided to push through for 6-7k, but 8k just sounded better.
