Even sicker today... No chance of racing the 10-miler now. To compound the situation, minion#2 has the same stomach bug and puked all over our bed (and pillows) at midnight... Then he decided to skydive off his crib, so Nicole and I took turns sleeping in the boys' room to keep an eye on things.
