Notes

Was planning a recovery day but felt pretty good after all. Felt pretty easy at 7:00 pace. Didn't feel like I was working that hard so I just got my 7 in and called it a day. Right now I'm planning another week or two at approx 7 miles a day. After that I'll bump to 8/day and probably start throwing in some strides
