Notes

Definitely having major breathing problems. Switched up my running to more of a fartlek routine. Going between 3-5 at a pretty good pace and then taking between 30 seconds and 1 minute of a really slow, recovery pace. This has really helped. I am able to keep the pace up for the majority of the run without too much stress on my body at any given point.
