Very slow recovery run after a tough workout yesterday. Pain on the top of right foot around the top-most lace...noticed a little last night as well when I first got going. It was worse tonight but then felt better later in the run.
Lots of aches in the lower legs/feet tonight so I cut it short, especially when my mile splits kept dropping and I was feeling worse. I guess it won't hurt if I cut a little mileage this week. Will re-group for tomorrow and maybe only do 4 again, hopefully with fewer problems...will likely keep it slow since yesterday's workout was pretty tough (physically and mentally).
