Met up with Mike for a sloppy, wet, slick run. Tough just keeping balance for a lot of the run...ran on edge of road and in horse & buggy tracks (on whitley). Town wasn't too bad.
Really enjoyed this run... Mike and I had a chance to catch up and also discuss training. We helped (or at least tried to help) push a car on Pook that was unable to get up a hill due to the ice.
Got done with the 8.5 and started up on the CC course...did about 2.5 back to where we had parked. Raining off and on and soaked when we stopped.
Avg HR was 136...
