Flat and no spring in the legs...good timing for a shake-out run I suppose. Added a few strides at the end and that seemed to help bring back a bit of life in the legs. Hopefully will feel decent tomorrow.
Low back is tight and left ankle/peroneal a little grumbly despite a light week. Tuesday included a set of bent-over rows (as well as RDL and squats) and evidently that left the low back stiff.
Warm morning - will take some time to adjust as I'm dialed into the 35-50 degree range!
